TOOTH BRUSHING AND FLOSSING

Use a toothbrush with soft bristles and a small amount of fluoride toothpaste. Brush your teeth with small circular motions to clean food particles that might be near your gum line. Hold the brush at an angle and move it slowly and gently to cover every surface of your teeth, including the areas between them. Ensure you brush each tooth thoroughly, including the front, back, and chewing surfaces, as well as the tongue and roof of your mouth before rinsing. This process should take several minutes to complete.

Brush your teeth two times daily for healthy teeth 1.IN THE MORNING 2.AT THE BEDTIME Replace your toothbrush as soon as the bristles begin to wear out or fray. Avoid swallowing toothpaste and make sure to rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. For the best oral hygiene, it's essential to floss and brush your teeth carefully every day.
Flossing Dental floss is used to clean the spaces between teeth that a toothbrush can't reach, helping to remove food particles and plaque. This thin, waxed nylon thread is designed to reach below the gum line and clean between the teeth. Daily flossing is crucial for maintaining good oral hygiene. Pull a small length of floss from the dispenser. Wrap the ends of the floss around your middle fingers securely. Slide the floss gently between each tooth down to the gum line, removing any food particles or plaque. As you use the floss, unwind fresh sections from your fingers to ensure you use a clean portion of floss for each tooth. Floss behind all of your back teeth. Flossing before bedtime ensures your teeth are thoroughly cleaned before you sleep. Initially, you might notice some bleeding from your gums. If this bleeding persists beyond the first few times, inform us at your next visit.
